• Great Online Retailer

  I've used VetUK for a couple of years for dog toys, treats, food etc. I've always been very happy with the selection, quality and value but mention has to be made of the speed. Pretty much everything I order online I'm wondering when it's going to to show up, whether I've paid extra for delivery or not. With VetUK I've never had to wonder because it's always just turned up the following day. Brilliant service.

Because I could not get Aktivait from you earlier this month at the same time I ordered Hepatosyl, I ordered the Aktivait from another company. • No more Mr Grumpy

  I am a new customer to vetuk. Having found out two weeks ago the my GSD 1yr old had a food intolerance to wheat we hunted around for one without. We came across Harringtons and bought a small bag to see how it went. Within 24 hours he was back to "pooing" 2x a day in stead of 5-6. He was happier in himself and had a better look on life, he was no more Mr Grumpy. His coat started to shine and the bald circle around his eye is almost gone. It was a puppy class that the trainer noticed the problem and after one week she saw a new improved dog.He was more laid back and we now have comments on his looks with his shiny coat. We took him to visit hie "Mum" and the breeder even she was amazed at the difference. Yes Harrington is a little more expensive but you can't put a price on a healthy animal. As far as the service goes I can only praise vetuk. I emailed regarding shipping and within half hour I had a reply. I ordered up the 15kg bags of Harringtons and within an hour I had an email telling me it had been shipped. The following day I had the delivery at my door step What more do you want. I put VetUK up beside QVC and Virgin Mobile as the best I have had to deal with Customer Service and other things. Keep up the good work Have told my family and friends who have dogs cats etc. all about VetUK and they are even impressed with delivery, cost and service.

• Purrfection!

  I have been using VetUK for some time now and they never fail to impress me with there superb service. I have a diabetic Siamese (amongst my brood) and when I have suddenly needed test strips or anything in a hurry they have never failed me which is impressive. Each customer is important and they never forget this. I have no problems in recommending them to ANYONE and frequently put family and friends in the picture should they require pet supplies.
