Returns and Cancellations

Licenced Medicines (POM-Vs and NFA-VPS products)

Due to the Regulation of Veterinary Medicines, we are unable to accept returns of any licenced medicine after it has been shipped. This includes POM-Vs, POM-VPS and NFA-VPS products, which includes any product you were asked to assign to a pet when ordering. 

Non-Licenced Medicines

You are free to return non-licenced products to us as long as you notify as with 14 days and follow all of the requirements outlined below:

1. Email us at info@vetuk.co.uk to cancel/return your order:
           - Include the reason for wishing to return
           - Full details of the products and quantities you wish to return.
           - Confirm all items are unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

Please do not return the parcel until you receive a Returns Acceptance email from our customer service team

2. When you have received the Returns Acceptance – ensure you comply with any information provided, specifically ensuring you included in the parcel your name, address and order details.
 
3. Ensure the parcel is packaged securely so that the items reach us in saleable condition.
 
4. Return your items to the returns address below within 14 days.  We recommend that you use a tracked service and we will not be able to refund orders if the products are not received.

Faulty/Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure that every item we deliver gets to you in perfect condition. However, if you do receive a damaged or faulty item, please let us know as soon as possible.

If you let us know within 30 days of delivery then we will be able to either refund or replacethe item for you as soon as possible. To help speed up the process, please try to describe the fault or damage as accurately as possible.

If the item becomes faulty more than 30 days after delivery then you can request either a repair or replacement. Please email us explaining what the fault is. There may be circumstances where it is impractical to repair the item and if that's the case we'll send a replacement.
