Course, not very green and very dry. Bunny also did not like it. Wouldn't purchase again. Using on top of litter to get rid of but gets stuck in my bunnies fur.

My rabbit loves this hay. he is a pure bred black and white Dutch. He much prefers it to the readigrass that I used to give him. And at the price Vet UK is charging, If you buy 2 bags at a time, it is cheaper including delivery charge, I bought 8 bags, and the delivery charge was the same as if I had bought one. So even cheaper per bag.

Good hay, fantastic price - my bunnies aren't crazy for it but they do enjoy eating it :)

I have been looking for a cheaper alternative to Burgess Meadow Hay that contains the same level of green hay and varied pieces. I'm very happy to say Pillow Wad Meadow Hay has been a perfect replacement! Our bunnies stuck their faces right in this hay the moment I put some in their pen, and since then they've loved it. The hay is mixed, green-tinted and very fluffy. It also smells fresh, like barn-dried hay. It's not the greenest hay I've seen, but meadow hay tends to be a mix of different pieces that will naturally make the bundle less green than timothy hay, but contains higher fibre. While the bag is smaller than most 1kg bags, the hay is very fluffy and tightly packed which means it lasts just as long. Incredibly good value for money. Definitely the best branded hay to buy at an affordable price.

My bunnies are soooo fussy when it comes to eating hay. I'm trying all different types and alternating between favourites so they don't get bored. Thought I could try this as it had good reviews and was such a good price. They don't love it but they do eat quite a bit of it. I've had much more expensive hays that they have hardly touched, so this was good value for money really.

I use Pillow Wad Meadow Hay as an insulating bedding inside my guinea pig's hides - it has been soft, lush, and dust free in my experience. I prefer to offer Timothy in his hayracks, but he still enjoys munching on this high quality meadow hay.
