Protexin Equine Gut Sponge Powder is a palatable, peppermint flavoured supplement designed to support hind gut health and encourage the formation of normal droppings.

Made with psyllium husks, Gut Sponge provides fibre for the gut, safe calories through fermentation by the microbiota, and nourishment for gut lining cells. The addition of bentonite offers natural binding action and essential minerals, while linseed supplies omega 3 and 6 fatty acids to support digestion and overall wellbeing.

Feeding Guidelines:
50g (1 level measure) mixed with feed twice daily for 7–14 days, then once daily as required or as recommended by your veterinary surgeon. Dampen feed with water before feeding. Do not exceed recommended levels unless under veterinary supervision. Avoid use with other products containing bentonite or oral macrolides.
