Although this product is more affordable than most, it does what it says. Stops diarrhoea fast. I have an English Mastiff who has had tummy problems since suffering from a gastric taution. He now hoovers the streets on walks looking for food!! As his stomach is so much more delicate he is prone to diarrhoea after eating things that he shouldn't, one dose of this stops it in its tracks. I order the large size as he is a large dog but I also have a Dachshund who I give a pea size amount to if he has an upset tummy (although this is rare). Hope this review helps!!

This is a brilliant product...i have used for my four dogs and it definately helps when they have an upset tummy. I would however agree with the previous review that the correct size tube should be clearly shown for the weight of the dog that it is being purchased for. Syringe containing 10ml for animals weighing 2 to 7 kg Syringe containing 24ml for animals weighing 7 to 30 kg Syringe containing 60ml for animals weighing 30 to 60 kg. Would like to see the information on this site updated to show the above. Have given this product 5 stars as it is so good

Just received diarsanyl paste 60ml, bought the bigger size thinking it would last longer, was surprised to find the bigger size was meant for bigger dogs over 30Kg's, this wasn't made clear prior to ordering, my dog is nearly 28Kg so I will probably get away with it but think it would be helpful if it was made clear what size you need for what weight dog as would have been no good if it had been ordered for a Yorkshire terrier size dog!!!!!! Can't rate how effective it is as haven't ried it yet so have only scored 1 star
