As we are an internet retailer, our primary communication route is via email. However before contacting us we ask that you read the updates below which may answer your questions:
Order Processing and Delivery Timeframes:
We are experience an unprecedented number of orders, however we are still managing to maintain our normal order despatch timeframes of 2 working days in most instances.
Our couriers, in particular Royal Mail, are experiencing delays within their network and we kindly ask you to allow for an extra 2-3 days for delivery.
Availability of Products:
Due to an increased level of orders and staff shortages some of our suppliers are struggling to maintain the supply of all items and to meet normal delivery windows.
If an item is shown as out of stock on the website please do not email Customer Services to ask when it will become available. We will switch it back on the website as soon as we have the stock available.
In accordance with Government guidance our Customer Service team are now working from home and this puts great pressure on our ability to respond to enquiries as promptly as we would wish. In order to help us to help everyone as best we can please do not send multiple emails. We will respond to your first communication as quickly as we can.
