As we are an internet retailer, our primary communication route is via email. However before contacting us we ask that you read the updates below which may answer your questions:
Order Processing and Delivery Timeframes:
Our normal despatch window is 2 working days. If for some reason there is a delay with your order we will email you to advise you of this.
Our couriers, in particular Royal Mail, are currently experiencing some delays within their network due to Covid-19 procedures and we kindly ask you to allow for an extra 2-3 days for delivery. Likewise, orders being delivered to Europe are also likely to experience delays to normal delivery lead times.
Availability of Products:
Most of our suppliers are currently managing to maintain normal fulfilment rates and we are still able to offer the majority of products for sale. Any products currently showing as out of stock will be switched on as soon as they do become available.
Due to current restrictions we are not offering a telephone service to allow our customer service team to maintain our 24 hour response time on emails. Please be assured that our customer service team will reply to all queries at their earliest opportunity.
