My puppy has a very sensitive stomach and is prone runny stools. Since adding these treats to his daily intake the problem has gone completely away. As a bonus he absolutely loves them, unlike many other treats we have tried. They are also a great size for training.
I also have experienced this. I have a 3 year old Chihuahua and have been giving her these treats since she was approx. 1 year old. When I run out and forget to order online, as they are very difficult to obtain in pet shops, the problems begin. My dog starts to have intermittent tummy problems/diarrhoea, which she never has when she is on these treats. I too have had the experience of any tummy "problems" being resolved within hours of giving her just one of these treats. They are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone.
When I brought my border collie puppy home for the first time, I knew she would have runny stools or flat out diarrhoea for a few days but after 4 weeks and no improvement, lots of ups and downs with different treats, I know she had a very sensetive stomach/digestive tract so that I would try these. I bought two bags thinking that they would be larger treats in small bags (200g doesn't really sound like much for treats). To my suprise and delight they arrived the next day and I found that they where actually large bags full of small treats, WELL worth the money, especially when you only need 6-8 per day, also, the bag said that it could take up to 6 weeks for it to fully kick in so I was a little off put thinking it may have been a case of "you get what you pay for". When I opened the bag, my heart sank, they were the small kibbles similar to the Hills Science Plan food which my puppy couldn't digest at all (I think its a border collie thing as i know 4 other adult collies who cannot digest these little kibbles), hoping that it would make a difference, I crushed 6 of them to dust and mixed them in with her breakfast. Later on she passed a stool that was almost like jelly so I was thinking of sending the treats right back for a refund, naturally I was fuming over it, but to my amazement, for the first time since she came home she passed an almost completely normal stool a few hours after that! Despite the packaging saying it takes weeks for them to kick in, it only took 6 hours to make a dramatic difference already! It seemed to good to be true but it only got better over the 3 days since I received them. Now she no longer whimpers when she does her business and I would even go as far as to say she seems happier. They may be a cheaper alternative to the other probiotic foods and products but they work probably just as well and are an absolute bargain. I would recommend these to anyone who's puppy has a sensetive stomach and for new owners wanting to skip out on the runny stools part when they get a new puppy. If your dog doesn't agree with kibbles like Science Plan or anything similar, just crush them into dust in a bag with a rolling pin and they should be fine.
