Recommended for African greys it's the best food going. Using the coarse will avoid wastage (just re-use the un-eaten whole blocks over feeds). Ensure your bird has plenty of sun light (or purchase a daylight) and you'll find calcium deficiency and poor colours are a thing of the past. I know it doesn't look much and it takes time to change your bird over to this food but once in place your birds diet will be taken care of.
