FRONTLINE Plus for Cats and Ferrets is a topical application for the treatment of flea infestations, alone or in association with ticks and/or biting lice.

Suitable for Cats older than 8 weeks old and/or weighing more than 1kg, and Ferrets older than 6 months old, FRONTLINE Plus contains the active ingredient Fipronil, that works to kill 98-100% of fleas within 24 hours, and ticks and biting lice within 48 hours.

FRONTLINE Plus also contains an important addition of (S)-methoprene which works to prevent the multiplication of fleas by killing fleas in their immature stages (eggs, larvae and pupae).

Do NOT use in rabbits, as adverse reactions could occur (even mortality).

Efficacy:
It has an insecticidal efficacy against new infestations of adult fleas on both cats and ferrets for 4 weeks, and will prevent their multiplication by inhibiting the development of eggs, larvae, and pupae for 6 weeks after application. It also has a persistent acaricidal efficacy against ticks for up to 2 weeks on cats, and up to 4 weeks on ferrets.

Each 0.5ml Pipette Contains:
Fipronil 50mg and (S)-methoprene 60mg.

Found this product not working as well now for some reason, it was great before, I rescued another cat and maybe that's why. Mixed parasites?

Unfortunately this just doesn’t work. The fleas seem to be completely immune to this and I now have a full blown infestation on my hands. I’ll stick to Advantage.

worse than vet uk own product. Mine was delayed in the post. So was persuaded to buy this. It's taken 3 days to work. Not impressed going to stick with your own brand
