Unfortunately doesn't do what it says, I've tried other (cheaper!) types of grass and never had any problem but this one just died straight away. I definitely DO NOT recommend this product.

Very disappointed in this product as I thought it was a great idea. It has proved to be a waste of money. I have tried 3 refills now and only ever managed about 20 scrawny grass leaves. My cats like their grass, especially in winter, it is important to their well being, and I do not appreciate their health being treated so lightly by a major pet product company. This kit certainly does not do what it shows on the package. I will not bother with it anymore.

Complete waste of money. I've used various cat grass brands over the last 10 years and this is the first one that refused to germinate. I followed the instructions to the letter. Having bought a refill pack as well I tried those to see if those would grow. Nothing. Which is a pity because the idea that my four-legged fur child wouldn't be able to tip the holder over (the main problem with brands that come in their own light plastic tubs) filled my with joy. It has since been consigned to the recycle bin.
