VetUK was established in 2005 as a licensed supplier of pet medications by Dr. Lyane Haywood and Iain Booth MRCVS our resident Veterinary Surgeon and Managing Director to increase the availability and reduce the cost of pet ownership whilst maintaining the highest standards of veterinary care for both you and your pet.
We now sell over 7,500 items, which is increasing weekly, employ over thirty staff and have invested heavily in our site and associated dispatch software to provide customers with a service second to none. We have a dedicated Customer Services team who can help you with any questions you may have, they can be contacted by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or alternatively visit our Website FAQ page. The website is categorised to help with item location, from Cat Food, Dog Food to regular flea treatments such as Frontline Spot On and Worming Tablets.
The security of our customers and your pets is paramount to us. Our payment service utilises the best procedures available with full card information encryption throughout the payment process together with the use of 3D secure where your card allows. All our medicines are UK licensed, dispensed by our Vet and dispatched from a registered premise. We accept emailed prescriptions and expect your Veterinary Surgeon to comply with the law by providing you with one during your consultation if required. If you need a prescription, you can download one here.
If your order is being delivered by our courier, you will be contacted by text with an hourly delivery slot to make your online shopping experience as convenient as possible for you. Click here for full details on our delivery service.
We are committed to supporting a range of charities including the Yorkshire Air Ambulance. Our Managing Director, Iain Booth required the use of this crucial service in 2001; and we are very proud to support this charity. We are also Corporate Sponsors of the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust, who manage and maintain over 95 of Yorkshire's best places for wildlife and encourage people to visit and get involved with their care.
