VetPoints Loyalty Programme


VetPoints is VetUK`s loyalty programme. It is our way to say thank you for every purchase you make from us.

How does it work? For every pound you spend with VetUK you will receive 4 VetPoint which is currently worth 1p. All products on the website are included in VetPoints, however, you must opt into the loyalty programme before you can start collecting.

How do I join? You will be offered the option to join VetPoints during your next purchase, or you can go to the "My Account"  > "View or Change My Account Information" page of the website and tick the tick box next to the VetPoints option if you prefer. You do not have to join and you can cancel your membership at any time you wish by unticking the VetPoints option box in the "My Account" page, however, in doing so you will lose any VetPoints you have so far accumulated.

How do I spend them? Once you have collected 1000 points you will be automatically offered £2.50 off your next purchase, if you prefer you can save them for a rainy day. You need at least 1000 VetPoints before you can spend them, if you have 2000 or more you will be offered larger amounts to redeem according to the table below. There is no limit to the number of VetPoints you can earn or spend.

How do I see how many VetPoints I have? The number of VetPoints you have collected will be shown on the "My Account" page > "View or Change My Account Information"  page. You will also be shown the number of points you have earned during checkout along with any vouchers you can spend.

Are there other ways of collecting VetPoints? Yes! We will periodically offer promotions on specific items, ranges or across the whole site. When you take advantage of these offers your VetPoints will rapidly add up.

Do they expire? No.
