| Amazing customer service!! My 4 year old guinea pig wasn’t eating and the vet didn’t know why....he told me to use Oxbow Critical Care but had run out of it. I ordered from Vet UK on Friday afternoon and emailed to ask if they could do me a huge favour and post it as soon as possible as I was desperate. It came the next morning!!! (Also the product was the cheapest on the internet and the delivery was free)
Gina the piggy is now ok and happily eating on her own after being syringe fed critical care for 5 days. Thank you so much for your help as I don’t think she would have made it without your quick help. Will always use you in the future. | |||||
