my persian cats have always had Royal Canin Persian 30 but recently I changed them over to the Indoor 27, I did not think that it would make such a difference to the odour but it is amazing, I had three cats in one room and there was no smell!!! usually you can tell when soemone has had a poo in the tray, its great, the cats love it too, I would certainly recommend for indoor cats

Cat poo is possibly one of the worst smells I think you can come across - quite a juxtaposition of cute/furry, foul/smelly. We tried this thinking - anything to help and not holding out a lot of hope.... but now, when they go, it smells no more than a passing of wind... the stools are rather on the solid side so we are also doing some experimentation.... but.... a side effect of this 27 stuff is that it's put them off any wet food (applaws) and all we can treat them with is a little tinned tuna and the odd bacon rind on a Sunday morning !
