Returns
We hope you will never need to return anything back to VetUK, however, if you find you need to please read the following.
You may return any item you have purchased with the exception of prescription only medicines, within seven working days of delivery. To do so you must first notify us, preferably by email, otherwise you may not be eligible for a refund from VetUK.
You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the items to VetUK. If you wish us to arrange for our courier to collect the item you must contact us by telephone and we will arrange for the collection. Please note there is a £15 charge for this service, which will be deducted from any refund.
Please note that all returned items must have been looked after with care, not have been removed from any vacuum packing and returned so as to include all original packaging and free or promotional material.
If any items delivered were not what you ordered, VetUK will, at its option, deliver to you a replacement item or refund to you the price paid. If we request the item(s) delivered in error to be returned we will provide you with a Royal Mail Freepost envelope or organise a courier to return the items.
If you are returning the Products because they are damaged or faulty then please include a written explanation of the fault or damage.
