We have a 14 week old Cavalier K.C. Spaniel and she was being fed on Bakers Complete by the breeder which we continued but the end result was foul smelling, very soft green coloured dog logs. I was shocked at the added sugar in the Bakers so I searched the internet for a reasonable priced well balanced food that contained no artificial colours,(stop the green dog logs)no artificial flavourings, no dairy and no added wheat and found this Harringtons Puppy Complete and was pretty impressed. I was a little put off with some of the reviews it had elsewhere that the main ingredient isn't meat it's Maize and then Turkey at 14% I decided to compare this to other products and found plenty of other brands with exactly the same amount of meat in them. So I ordered the six pack and just crossed my fingers that I had made a good choice. I put our puppy straight on to the Harringtons as the Bakers was obviously causing some upset in her somewhere and within a day, we had perfect coloured dog logs and with the correct firmness. So overall I like the ingredients and she loves the food, as it doesn't stay in the dish very long at meal times.
