Disappointed by the new Alphatrak. In two months use we've had two absurdly high readings, which on a retest became much lower and in line with expectations for the time of day for our dog. The app doesn't support mmol/l, discouraging use. Considering the device itself supports mmol/l and other units, preventing users from choosing their preferred/locally used units seems dumb and obstructive. If the Alphatrak 2 strips weren't being threatened with being discontinued, we would have refunded and reverted. My partner also has more steps throw "Er 1", meaning the strip needs reseating. Not the end of the world but again, not an error we saw on the Alphatrak 2.
