Bought this to replace an original which lasted 9 months of the dog chewing it during play so thought it would last just as long. However when received, it was noticeably not as ruggedly made as the original and after just several outings, my dog has managed to kill the squeaker so that it just hisses when she bites into it. Does not look as if the rest of it will last much longer either. Not a good buy if your dog likes to chew.
