I have a few of these and my 2 shih tzu love them more than any other toy. The squeek does die in the end, but it comes with a spare for you to put in. For the money, an excellent toy!

I have bought a number of these as my shih tzu loves it and he loves to toss it around and play with it. Personally I have found this make of toy to be very good, but my dog is not into tearing things apart he likes to carry it around.

Very disappointed by the quality. My pup is a 7lb, 12 week old shih-tzu cross frenchie. Hardly what you'd call a power chewer, in fact, she hardly has any teeth. Well, the stitching has come undone along the seam allowing her to remove the squeaker. I'm really glad I was nearby to see it happen & remove it. If the stitching isn't strong enough for a toy breed, I dread to think how it would stand up to a bigger dog. Not impressed at all.
