This is great. Perfect for fetch in the water. It floats and is highly visible. I also use it for fetch in the fields on the way to the river too. I can't throw very far but once you get the knack of swinging it by the rope you can really get some good distance on it so I'd also recommend for normal fetch for people who can't throw well. My dog is a nightmare for ruining toys so I take it off him as soon as we get home as I dont think it would take him long to chew through the rope.

The rope on this toy lasted less than 5 minutes. It had frayed to such an extent that it was a hazard to the dog and could easily swallow chunks of rope. Unless your dog is guaranteed not a chewer - i.e. no teeth, then give this a wide berth. In fact, the question has to be raised why Kong would produce a toy quite simply not fit for purpose.

The new orange colour makes it easier to spot when out on the water. This is the only thing that trumps food for my labradors and they will do anything for their kong aqua which they only get to play with at the beach.
