NutriCal Caloric Supplement Tube is extremely palatable.

To acquaint the animal with the flavor, place a small amount of NutriCal in the animal's mouth.

To provide supplemental caloric and nutritional intake in dogs and cats. Provides an added source of energy for hunting and working dogs. Contains Omega-6 and Omega-3 Fatty Acids.

When the animal's caloric or nutritional intake is to be supplemented, give 1 1/2 teaspoons per 10 lbs of body weight daily.

When animal is not consuming full feed ration, give 3 teaspoons (1 tablespoon) per 10 lbs of body weight daily.

I have used this product with my dogs for the last 30 years and its a wonderful energy boost as well as a way to keep sick dogs going until the medicine kicks in. They love it since it definately has a fishy smell and a minty taste (I have not personally tasted it because I am a vegetarian, but my husband has) I would recommend this to anyone who has a problem eater as well since usually´gives them an appetite.

My dog loves the Nutri Cal. It's the only thing he will eat when he's ill. It helps sustain him when he can't have solid food.

Bought this for my cat that needed to put on weight. Tube is different to advertised above. It didn't really seem to help. Also contains a lot of sugars and syrup.
