Description

Hepaticare Liver Support Supplement Capsules are an enhanced nutritional aid for dogs and cats to help maintain liver function and support the normal blood clotting process.

Using a triple antioxidant combination of vitamin E, silybin and S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe), Hepaticare helps to neutralise free radicals produced by the liver in times of stress, which if left unchecked can cause damage to cells.

Key Ingredients:

  • SAMe: Remains stable in the stomach juices and is converted into an antioxidant
  • Vitamin E: A potent liver antioxidant
  • Silybin: Increases enzymes which act as an antioxidant

The SAMe in Hepaticare Liver Support has also been micro-encapsulated to enhance stability, reduce any bitter aftertaste and increase patient acceptance.

Hepaticare Capsules can be given whole or opened and sprinkled onto, or mixed with, food.

Despite there being a sachet of dessicant in the jar, the powder inside the capsules is sticky and does not "sprinkle". I mash it up with my cat's other meds plus vitamin Bs (especially B12) and stir it into a Webbox Lick-e-lix paste which he loves and laps up. My 16 yr old cat has an inoperable liver tumour and CKD but he is doing well and maintaining weight on steroids and supplements.

My dog was diagnosed with liver disease 18 months ago and I was advised to use Hepatosyl tablets. She's still going strong!
