this paste works. my cat usually suffers a good 5 day's before any improvement when fed on urinary diet alone. i gave him a dose of uro pet at the 1st sign of him having a flare up of cystitis and within 5 hours he'd stopped running back & forth to his litter tray and was able to get a few hours undisturbed sleep. he recovered within 3 day's. highly recommended.
