Cystease S 100 Feline Cystitis Glucosamine Capsules

Manufacturer: CEVA

Quantity:
Cystease S 100 Feline Cystitis Glucosamine Capsules has been formulated with the same glucosamine quantities as Cysaid but is is brought to you more cheaply than VetPlus`s Cystaid.

Cystease S is virtually tasteless & odourless. Each pot also contains 100 capsules, can be fed whole or opened and sprinkled onto food.

Each tablet contains 125 mg of glucosamine, the major component of the protective lining on the inside of the bladder.

This lining is damaged in cats suffering from FLUTD allowing urine to inflame the bladder causing cystitis. Administering Cystease helps protect the bladder and reduces the painful inflammation.

If your cat has developed cystitis because it is stressed, we recommend you use these tablets in conjunction with a Feliway Diffuser to create a calming environment.

Dosage guideline: 1 tablet daily in the case of cystitis flare up or in the more serious cases, reducing to one every other day for maintenance.

Ingredients: N-acetyl glucosamine 125mg

My female ginger cat had repeated bouts of cystitis when younger and was eventually prescribed Cystaid, which stopped the problem. Then I found this cheaper product on Vet UK from a recommendation. I have now been buying it for years, and my cat has not needed any further vet visits for this problem. She is now 15 and in remarkably good health! She is a good pill-taker so I have little trouble getting the capsules down as they are, although she is a small cat.

After several trips to and from the vet with my 12 yr old cat, which in itself stresses her out and contributes to her ailment, I am delighted to have found a product which can be given as a maintenance dose as well as a cure. After just 1 week I have noticed a much happier and more comfortable cat and would strongly recommend this to anyone with a cat suffering the same. I did check this product with my vet prior to starting to confirm it was ok and was given positive results all round.
