VetUK was established in 2005 as a licensed supplier of pet medications by Iain Booth MRCVS our resident Veterinary Surgeon and Managing Director to increase the availability and reduce the cost of pet ownership whilst maintaining the highest standards of veterinary care for both you and your pet.

We now sell over 11,500 items, which is increasing weekly, employ over thirty staff and have invested heavily in our site and associated despatch software to provide customers with a service second to none. We have a dedicated Customer Services team who can help you with any questions you may have, they can be contacted  by email at info@vetuk.co.uk or alternatively visit our Website FAQ page. The website is categorised to help with item location, from Cat Food, Dog Food to regular flea treatments such as Frontline Spot On and Worming Tablets.

The security of our customers and your pets is paramount to us. Our payment service utilises the best procedures available with full card information encryption throughout the payment process together with the use of 3D secure where your card allows. All our medicines are UK licensed, dispensed by our Vet and despatched from a registered premise. In the interests of animal health, we do not accept faxed or emailed prescriptions but expect your Veterinary Surgeon to comply with the law by providing you with one during your consultation if required. We pride ourselves on the speed of the delivery of our products to our customers and the VetUK dispatch promise is very important to us: We will dispatch your order within two working days. If we are unable to do this, you will be contacted and any postage charges you have been charged will be refunded.
